Updated review - the team reached out to me directly an hour after I left the premises and offer a free scaling and polish as an apology. Booked a slot the week after, and I came on time. Waited less than 5 minutes before the treatment.

My appointment was at 6pm, and was made to wait for an hour because the patient that was scheduled at 5.30pm came at 6.15 and go in first. Very unfair..
